Role Overview: 


As a Wholesale Customer Operations within Lacoste's Supply Chain team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction for our wholesale clients. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer execution, including order processing, transportation monitoring, and fostering strong relationships with key accounts, also including customer invoicing . Your commitment to operational excellence will contribute to our company's success and reinforce our reputation as a leader in the industry.

What will you do?

·         Process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring the smooth flow of order fulfillment from placement to delivery.

·         Monitor and manage the entire order lifecycle, proactively addressing any issues that may arise during the process.

·         Supervise and manage the billing of orders, ensuring correct invoicing and resolving invoicing incidents transmitted to the Credit Department.

·         Collaborate with various departments (both in our head-office in Barcelona, as well as in our HQ in Paris), including warehousing, logistics, and sales, to optimize order management and maintain efficient supply chain operations.

·         Track shipments and coordinate with transportation partners to ensure timely and secure delivery of orders to customers.

·         Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner, providing prompt and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

·         Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure their operational needs are met and exceeded.

·         Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies, procedures, and best practices to uphold operational excellence.

·         Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies, working collaboratively with the team to implement changes.

Perfil

What do we need?

 

·         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

·         Proven experience in customer service or customer operations, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.

·         Strong understanding of order fulfillment, order management, and supply chain processes.

·         Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and maintain strong professional relationships.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

·         Problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve issues effectively.

·         Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

·         Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and order management software.

·         Knowledge of transportation and logistics processes is a plus.
