As a Allocator, you will be a vital contributor to our continued success and advancement. Your expertise and passion will play a key role in shaping the future of our  Supply Chain Department and driving it to new heights. 


What will you do? 
• Allocate merchandise to stores and fulfillment centers based on demand forecasts and desired inventory levels provided by the merchandising and planning teams in HQ. 
 • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, planning, logistics, transport, marketing and finance, to develop inventory strategies and optimize order fulfillment. 
 • Monitor inventory levels at granular level to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent overstocking or stockouts. Local store transfers to optimize the stock across POS. 
 • Monitor order processing and shipping timelines to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. 
 • Manage the flow of goods from warehouses to stores and customers, coordinating with logistics and transport teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Likewise for reverse logistics during end-of-season returns. 
 • Daily delivery tracking. Monitoring claims, missing packages/pieces, delays, delivery constraints/duties, etc. and inform the stakeholders on the impacts. 
 • Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and product performance to identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement. 
 • Markdown management: pricing strategy and system upload, downstreams information to POS, stock optimization.

What do we need?

  
Knowledge of systems (office suite and ERP) and inventory management and optimization processes. 
  
Knowledge of logistics and transportation processes. 
  
High level of English for daily communication with the headquarters in Paris, France.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
